1/30/07 Alex loves to play with Sophie. Here, she's sleeping with one of his stuffed animals and is smiling in her sleep.Sophie grabbed my scarf while I was looking at her in the bassinet. I could see her moving her hand back and forth, trying to reach it. It then took her 5 times to grab my finger. Her movements are getting more controlled as the days go by.
1/28 Thanks Cousins Cindy and Raymond for this beautiful dress! This was the in-home three month photo shoot! We will soon be scheduling a professional one. The pictures of her smiling were taken when daddy was home. She still stares at the camera wondering what we are doing. :o) It takes someone to entertain her to get a smile, for now! She is laying on her beautiful bedding. Her room is green, purple, pink and creme. Mamie is currently making her lavender colored curtains.

1/28 Thanks Jeanne for this adorable poncho! It's working great with these extra cold temperatures. We "swaddle" her in her carseat with it and then zip up her bundle me blanket. Meow...
1/28 Daddy got this smile! We were standing over her, mom had the camera. She's been experiencing with her tongue a lot lately and mimicking us when we stick ours out.

1/28 Sophie loves to hang out in her diaper. Sooo comfortable! She's learning to sit up on the couch and making faces at us.

Sophie gets to sleep in bed with us after her 7 am feeding for about 20 minutes. We enjoy every moment... Here, she's holding daddy's finger. She sleeps between 6 and 9 hours at a time at night. 
My aunt from Las Vegas sent Sophie some beautiful knit clothing. Here's one of the sweaters and hats. Merci Tata!

She can sit up for a short period of time in her boppy pillow. For this shot, she needed my help.
Sophie is taking her pacifier less and less. She nows enjoys sucking her thumb and chewing on her fingers and hands.

My aunt and cousin had this hat personalized with Sophie's name. It will be perfect for the pool this summer.
I took these next two pictures in the mirror since Greg wasn't home.
We have been working on Sophie's room. Here's her name spelled above her crib. We will add more photos as we get more things done.
